Child Safety and Protection

FrunkFriends has a strict, zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and the sharing of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We are fully committed to protecting minors and creating an environment free from abusive, exploitative, and dangerous behaviors.

Prohibition of CSAE and CSAM

  • Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE): We strictly prohibit any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any form of exploitation targeting minors.
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): We do not permit any visual depictions—such as photos, videos, or computer-generated imagery—of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

Reporting Content and In-App Feedback Mechanism

We empower our community to help keep FrunkFriends safe. If you encounter any content or behavior that violates our Child Safety Standards, please report it immediately:

  • In-App Reporting: You can use our in-app reporting mechanism available on every post, group, or user profile by utilizing the “Report” function to communicate your concerns directly to our moderation team without leaving the app.
  • Direct Contact: You can also report safety concerns or violations directly by contacting our support team at support@frunkfriends.com .

Appropriate Actions and Enforcement

FrunkFriends takes decisive action upon obtaining knowledge of CSAE or CSAM. Our enforcement measures include:

  • Immediate Removal: Any content identified as CSAM or related to CSAE will be immediately removed from our platform.
  • Account Termination: Users found sharing, creating, or promoting illegal or exploitative content will face immediate and permanent account bans.
  • Law Enforcement Cooperation: We comply with applicable child safety laws and will report incidents involving CSAM to the relevant local authorities and organizations as required by law.
